Trix Automat Social — Privacy Policy

Trix Automat Social is an internal tool operated by TRIX STUDIO BECELA KWAPIŃSKI sp.j. to manage our social media presence.

We process public posts, comments, author identifiers and our replies to identify conversations requiring attention. Access is limited to authorized staff. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

To show comments to our staff in Polish, we send the text of each comment, but not its author's profile, to Anthropic's Claude API (Anthropic PBC, United States), which tells us the language and translates it. We also keep a small copy of the cover image of our own post that each conversation belongs to. Translations and covers are stored with the conversation and deleted with it.

Data is hosted by Hetzner in the European Union. Records are retained for 30 days; deleted records may remain in backups for up to 90 additional days.
